When something will not load or save
Protect your work, check access and retry with a clear account of the problem.
Who this guide is for
- Who this is for
- You have hit a sign-in, loading, data or saving error.
- What you can do
- Your draft is safe and you or the team owner can identify the next step.

Start with a safe recovery
- Copy any unsaved text somewhere safe, especially before refreshing, signing out or loading a shared version over your draft.
- Check the selected account, team and product. A missing product or access refusal can mean permissions changed, rather than that data was deleted.
- Read the error message. Use Retry when the screen offers it. Do not create a duplicate task or room just because the first response is taking longer than expected.
- For sign-in, use an available method on the sign-in page. If an invitation has been used or expired, sign in normally or ask the owner for a new invitation.
- If the problem repeats, send the owner or support the page, attempted action, error text, approximate time and browser. Include a screenshot without keys, tokens or private data.
Common situations
- An idle agent: check the first request and whether the agent app is running separately. A new Hub assignment does not launch an external client.
- An empty report: check the source and date range. Missing data is different from a measured zero. Look at the last import in Connections.
- A task or note changed at the same time: compare the current version with your draft and deliberately carry across the changes you need.
- A call participant appears without media: check devices, permissions and reconnection. Media connectivity is separate from joining through the link.
Confirm that recovery worked
Reopen the task or material and check that your changes were saved. For an agent, verify a completed action; for a source, a successful import and its available period; for a call, audio received by another participant.
A public error report does not need connection secrets. If you accidentally disclose a key, revoke it and create a replacement in the relevant service.
